Cancellation conditions
The reservation is valid from the date the advanced payment or reservation fee is paid and is held until 24:00 hrs on the day of arrival at the hotel.
The reservation can be cancelled in writing, by email, or by fax up to 30 days prior to arrival, before using the ordered and reserved services. The hotel reserves the right to retain EUR 100.00 (BAM 200.00) per room for reservation expenses.
If a fully prepaid reservation is cancelled within 1-30 days prior to arrival, before using the ordered and reserved services, the hotel is not obligated to refund 30% of the prepaid amount, except in cases of illness or force majeure. In case of a no-show, the hotel retains 100% of the prepaid advanced payment or reservation fee.
